- Hey, just sent you a text. Hopefully I didn't interrupt anything but I was calling about a property I believe you own.  I am local real estate investor looking for a few more properties this month. Could you text me back? 

- Hello, I just sent you a message, when's the best time to talk about your house?

- Really appreciate your business, whens the best time to talk about buying your other property?

- Hi, just sent you a text in regards to a house I believe you own. I'd really love to talk about it. Could you send me back a text and let me know when the next time you're available to talk?

Voicemail 2 - Choose one of the following messages to record for your campaigns.

Hey I am must of missed you again but I am extremely interested in buying your property. Hopefully I have the right number. Give me a call back, if I don’t hear back from you tonight, myself or my partner will try to reach out to you again.

Sorry that I didn't catch you this time.  Hopefully we can connect soon.  I am really interested in the property that I believe you own.  If I am wrong then I apologize but if I am not, I'd really like to talk soon.
